Protect your CUeCard
Your CUeCard is a valuable piece of plastic. It can save you time and money, but you must safeguard your card. If
you notice your debit card is missing, notify the credit union immediately by calling 214-574-2000 or 800-388-7889, option 4.
For after hours and holiday, please call 800-472-3272 or for out of the United States call 973-682-2652.
As a MasterCard product, your CUeCard has limits in place to protect you. Your liability for an unauthorized
MasterCard debit card transaction that was not conducted at an ATM is limited to a maximum of $50
and it could be as low as zero if you report your missing card immediately. It is your responsibility to notify the credit union
as soon as you discover the card is missing.
Don’t forget, your debit card may be safely tucked away in your wallet, but unauthorized use can still occur. Check your
statements monthly to verify all transactions. Notify your credit union if you discover unauthorized transactions or any problems.
This will help to avoid future hassles when you legitimately use your card.

Wallet Guard
Did you know less than half of all Americans can name every item in their wallet without looking? It’s a good idea to
make a list of all the important items you carry in your wallet or billfold.
Just print a copy of our Wallet Guard, fill it out and put it in a safe place (be sure to keep it out of your wallet). Then, if
you do lose your wallet or purse, you can easily contact creditors to alert them of the missing credit or debit cards. It is also
a very good idea to keep any card carrier that arrives with a new card as critical information is provided for your use.
